Baby Gear

I was surprised to discover that baby gear has changed quite a bit since Ethan was a baby. Two of my new favorite things are sippy cups that don't leak AND don't have a valve! - they're amazing! - and vinyl bibs. The bibs may not actually be new, but I didn't use them with Ethan.

I like them because you can just wash them in the sink, they dry quickly, and they don't get all nasty before wash day. So I was washing one up the other day, and I noticed that they have tags on them. The tag contains directions on how to wash them - ok, I figured, maybe some people need directions on how to wash a vinyl bib. ? Seems a little strange, but I've heard stranger.

Then I see, "Do not iron."

What?

Who would iron plastic?

For that matter, who irons bibs?

Anyway, it was good for a chuckle.
