Ethan and I were arguing today about whether Alex was a boy or a girl. I insisted he was really a she, and her name was Lily. Ethan disagreed rather vehemently.
Finally I asked him how he knew Alex was a boy and not a girl, and he triumphantly told me, "The doctor tells you when a baby is born! And he said Alex was a boy!"
So what could I do? I conceded defeat.
